Please join us for our LSP Community Meeting Webinar on Monday, May 24, 2021, at 5:00 pm CST, as we learn about the Mary Turner Project, named after Mary Turner who was lynched while 8 months pregnant on May 19, 1918. 

Audrey Grant and Randy McClain, both descendants of Mary and Hayes Turner, and Mark Patrick George, the Mary Turner Project Coordinator, will be discussing the events of the 1918 lynching rampage, its impact on the Turner and Graham families, the work of the Project, and the challenges of doing racial reconciliation work in the deep south.
